I have developed an outstanding reputation in the lending & real estate community and have created a broad network of satisfied lifelong clients that span across the golden state.  I have been in the mortgage industry now for just over 20 years. I was recognized as a top producing mortgage loan originator on the retail side of lending for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and then Bank of America before venturing out into the wholesale market to become a broker and creating Simple Lending & Realty Inc. with my business partner Yesenia Meraz. Together we have a small office downtown Paso Robles here on the beautiful Central Coast.
